Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

Refund Policy

Article Processing Charges (APCs): Once an article has been accepted for publication and the APC has been paid, the fee is non-refundable. This charge covers the editorial and production costs incurred during the publication process.

Subscription Fees: Payments made for journal subscriptions are non-refundable.

Exceptions

• Duplicate or Mistaken Payments: If a duplicate or erroneous payment is made, the author or subscriber must notify the journal promptly. Upon verification, a refund will be issued for confirmed duplicate transactions.

Refund Process

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing, including transaction details, payment method, and a valid reason for the request.
• Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
• The time required to process refunds may vary depending on the financial institution and transaction processing system.

Cancellation & Withdrawal Policy

Article Withdrawal

• Authors may request to withdraw their manuscript before acceptance by contacting the editorial office.
• Once an article has been accepted and APCs have been paid, withdrawal requests will not be eligible for a refund.
