Article Processing Charges (APCs)

Article Processing Charges (APCs) is Effective from 01 April 2025

Contemporary Dialogue charges the following author fees.

Non-Indian Author : 400.00 (USD)

Indian Author : 5,000.00 (INR)

An article publication charge (For indian Author's Rs. 5.000.00 INR and Non Inidan Author's 400.00 USD) is a fee charged to authors to make their work available as open access (OA). This fee may be paid by the author, the author’s institution, or their research funder. Contemporary Dialogue charges an APC to cover the costs involved in the publication process, from administrating peer-review to copy editing and hosting the final article on dedicated servers.

If you do not have funds to pay such fees, you will have an opportunity to waive each fee. You can write an email to waive off. We do not want fees to prevent the publication of worthy work. The final decision of waiving off will be of editor.

Refund Policy

Article Processing Charges (APCs): Once an article has been accepted for publication and the APC has been paid, the fee is non-refundable. This charge covers the editorial, and production costs incurred during the publication process.

Subscription Fees: Payments made for journal subscriptions are non-refundable.

Exceptions

Duplicate or Mistaken Payments: If a duplicate or erroneous payment is made, the author or subscriber must notify the journal promptly. Upon verification, a refund will be issued for confirmed duplicate transactions.
